Appointments take place at the Cleveland Orthopedic & Spine Institute in the offices of Reuben Gobezie, MD, who also leads the Gobezie  Shoulder Institute. 

Telemedicine consultations are available for out of state patients. 

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment.
A $75 fee will be charged to new patients who do not appear for their consultation visit.
